Synopsis

Klaus Volkmann is a man who leads a simple life with a positive view of the world. He teaches us how our existence can branch out at any point for any course or direction, as is a rhizome.

Lisi Kieling

Born in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil in 1985.

Graduated in Audio-Visual Communication in 2008 at Unisinos – São Leopoldo-RS, Brazil;

Attend the workshop “The character: from writing to directing”, Escuela Internacional de Cine y TV – EICTV Cuba – in 2009.

Worked for 5 years as a freelancer in São Paulo and Porto Alegre editing publicity films.

In 2013 founded the company Cabana Filmes where she works as director and editor. Life as a rhizome is her first independent film as a director. She also edited “Another Forever”, feature film directed by Juan Zapata and “Substantivo Feminino” documentary film directed by Daniela Sallet and Juan Zapata – both films in postproduction.
